How do I receive my payment?

Cash payments are made by cheque which is made payable to the name stored in your account and then sent to the address stored in your account.

Have I been paid yet?

Please log in to your account and check the status of your trade before considering the following:

- Have you received an email to confirm that we have received your mobile phone?
- Have you received an email to say that it has been tested?
- Have you received an email to say that the mobile phone has tested faulty, if so have you accepted the revised offer by clicking on the link in the email?
- Have you received an email to say that your payment has been dispatched?
- Has it been 20 days since you received an email to confirm that we have received your mobile phone?

Why have I not received my full payment?

All mobile phones recycled with us are processed separately regardless of whether they were sent in at the same time. Therefore, as some mobile phones take longer to process than others we may dispatch payment for some of your mobile phones before others.
